Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website.
By continuing to use our website after reading them, you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions detailed therein.

The Provider:
Precision Rifle League Limited, known as Precision Rifle League® &/or PRL

The Customer:
The person paying to attend any PRL event or other purchase of other goods from the PRL.

Payment
A 100% payment is the ONLY means to complete a competitors registration process for any PRL event.  This registration fee, includes a non-returnable booking fee of 50% of the total payment made. This non-returnable booking fee may be returned at the discretion of the PRL, but this cannot be expected or anticipated by the Customer.

Payment for any other goods purchased must be made by the Customer in full, before any products will be delivered.

Changes & cancellations
If the Customer cancels any PRL event registration up to thirty days before the event date, the 50% booking fee will be forfeit.
If the Customer cancels any PRL event registration within thirty days before the event date the full amount will be forfeit.

Other Terms
The Customer, upon registering for any PRL event, agrees to Rules and Standard Operating Procedures written and displayed on the PRL website at the time of registration.

In the unlikely event that it is not possible to provide the PRL event the Customer registered for, other than for reasons beyond the Provider’s control, the Provider’s maximum liability will be the return of all payment received from the Customer. The Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement. The PRL reserves the right to use images captured for marketing, including but not limited to website/social media and printed materials.

The Precision Rifle League is committed to protect the privacy of all visitors and users of our website and services.

What data do we collect?
Precision Rifle League collects the following data: Personal identification information. This includes things such as your name, email address, phone number and address.

How does the PRL collect your data?
You directly provide the Precision Rifle League with most of the data that we collect.  The PRL collects data and process data when you do any of the following: Register online, contact us or place an order for any of our products or services. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our social media pages or via email. Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. Sign up to become a member of our H.O. Approved Club.  (Details to follow soon).

How will the PRL use your data?
Precision Rifle League collects your data so the PRL can: Process your event registrations, manage your account, provide products ordered and (if opted in) email you with notifications of upcoming events.  When the Precision Rifle League processes your event registration , it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, the police and or Home Office and other government agencies to prevent crime (primarily reference Section 21 – firearms and prohibited persons).

How does the PRL store your data?
The Precision Rifle League securely stores your data on our secure password protected devices. We will keep your data and information for as long as required.

Marketing
The Precision Rifle League would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. This is done only if you choose to ‘opt in’ via the website, email or through a physical form.  You can choose to ‘opt out’ at any point by updating your settings in the footer of any marketing emails that you receive from us at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Precision Rifle League Limited  from contacting you for marketing purposes.

What are your data protection rights?
Precision Rifle League Limited  would like to make sure that you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following;

The right to access – You have the right to request the Precision Rifle League for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
